No two BL1TZ workouts are the same, and each is created around a theme from the world of sport or movement. Expect workouts based around sports in addition to classic bodyweight HIIT and some completely impact-free options.

MMA INSPIRED CARDIO TRAINING

STR1KE fuses mixed martial arts techniques, high-intensity cardio, and functional training to deliver an adrenaline-pumping workout that will challenge both your physical and mental limits. 

In a STR1KE class you’ll find easy to follow punches, kicks and combos that will deliver massive cardio, strength and agility gains. But STR1KE’s benefits don’t stop there, you’ll also banish stress, feel empowered and leave class on a fitness high!

HIGH INTENSITY FUNCTIONAL TRAINING USING THE STEP

Level up your training with the modern take on a classic piece of kit. In R1ZE the step can be anything - from jump box to exercise bench to obstacle. You’ll utilise multi-dimensional functional movements for a full body interval blast.

R1ZE is the most varied of our formats, ranging from no impact strength to speed and agility.

All three of our CARDIO formats harness the power of the same scientific principle: the 6 Degrees of Freedom (6DoF). This is a concept from engineering and robotics that describes how a body moves through space. Every BL1TZ, R1ZE and STR1KE workout will move you up and down, side to side, forward and back, with dynamic folds, bends and twists. The ability to move through the 6DoF with power, control and precision is the key to functional fitness and staying “fit for life” at any age. Every workout is completely unique. And because you get access to our full back catalogue of workouts from day 1, if there’s a workout you don’t like, just skip it and choose one that’s more your style!

  • CARDIO is the category and within it we have three unique formats:

    BL1TZ - bodyweight HIIT

    R1ZE - Functional HIIT using the step

    STR1KE - MMA based cardio training

    We release a new workout every second month, rotating between the three formats. But because these formats compliment each other so well, we encourage you to make them your own and create mashup classes with elements of all three. With full access to our back catalogue from day 1, you'll have 100s of workouts and bolt-on’s available to you in the CARDIO category.

  • Absolutely! Click here to access a showcase of workouts to try.

  • Staying true to the principles of HIIT, our CARDIO workouts are 30 minutes in length including a warm up and cool down.

    However with the SH1FT App, it is very easy to increase the length of the workout to 45 or even 60 minutes, using our bolt-ons.

  • Every BL1TZ & STR1KE workout is designed to be done without equipment.

    For R1ZE, to get the best experience possible, we would recommend using a step. However if you do not have access to a step, placing a towel or equivalent on the floor is a great alternative.

  • Anywhere! SH1FT Fitness instructors have ZERO restrictions which means you can teach anywhere you like - online or live. That includes both live and pre-recorded online classes.

  • As of January 2024 we will be on our 52nd BL1TZ release, our 22nd R1ZE release and our 4th STR1KE release. As with all our formats, when you become an instructor you will get full access to all of our back catalogue of releases from day 1, for no extra cost.

    In terms of new content, we release a new CARDIO workout every even month (Feb, April, June etc), and every odd month (Jan, March etc) we release our CARDIO bolt-ons. So you’ll get a new piece of CARDIO content every month.

  • Absolutely. We believe in our formats so much that they ALL (including the bundle) come with a no-questions-asked 100% money back guarantee.

    From the date you sign up to train, you have 30 days to run through the training and try our workouts. Within the first 30 days, if for any reason you decide our format/s are not right for you, please email info@sh1ftfitness.com and we will give you a full no questions asked refund. This includes refunding your full training fee as well as any subscriptions you have already signed up to.
